How it sounds like you were playing around with the speed control on an old reel to reel tape recorder. But this effect sounds really cool here. I don't know how you made it sound so smooth without your voice sounding like a chipmunk or something. This treatment fits well with the 'gastro' theme and give the song a rather dizzy, spinning feeling. Your voice still absolutely blows me away everytime I hear it. Very cool track!!!!

The title drew me in, figured it was cheaper than going to the doctor.
Nice acoustic and I must say you get a medal for singing this with a straight face. I bet it took 100 takes. 
I also really like the acoutic rhythm & tone. Nice & mellow and pretty, which drops my guard for the hilarious lyrics.
I am floored.
